Michigan Ice Storm Recovery Status

While the massive ice storm at the end of March impacted about three million acres, we are able to track its impact and recovery at this helpful “story map” from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources that can be found here on the internet:

The bulk of the impact was in the Southern half of the Lower Peninsula. There was some damage in the Eastern end of the Upper Peninsula.
