Do you tap maple trees in WI? Take this UW Extension survey

Participants will be entered to win a gift certificate

MADISON, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin Extension is asking maple syrup producers and forest landowners who tap trees in the state to complete an online survey about the process. A link to the survey is below.

“If you are a maple syrup producer or tap maple trees in Wisconsin, your input is needed! Whether you make syrup or sugar just for yourself or you are a commercial producer, your input is valuable,” according to the announcement of the survey, which it said will take about 20 minutes to complete

You can access the survey here: https://uwmadison.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_e8s3e1hHil5n0Wy

Participants will have an opportunity to be entered into a drawing to win one of ten $50 gift certificates from Wisconsin maple syrup equipment suppliers.

The extension said the survey is different from an annual production survey that you may have received by email from the Wisconsin Maple Syrup Producers Association.
